2. HR Manager/ Asst Manager
Work Location : Johor Bahru
Responsibilities:
•Implement programs and policies to maintain good industrial relations.
•Administration of canteen, security, safety, bussing and hostels.
•Settling employee grievances and maintaining discipline.
•Coaching and counselling of various levels of employee.
•Develop and implement training, induction and manpower development programs.
•Planning, coordinating and organizing of employee social, recreational, welfare, security and safety activities.
•Develop menpower plan and conduct recrutiment for all level of employees.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
•Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR in a manufacturing environment.
•Good knowledge in Labour Law.
•Experience with unionised environment is an addded advantage.
3. Security, Safety & Environmental (SSE) Manager/ Asst Manager
