Responsibilities:
* Safeguard safety and housekeeping
* Implement and maintain QMS in accordance to company policy
* Manage and train team members
* Ensure factory material flow
* Ensure on time delivery
* Safeguard productive machinery
* monitor and enhance production effectiveness and efficiency
* Safeguard and improve process and product quality, communicate with inter departments and liaise with customer on quality issues
* Maintain process and quality consistency
* Embrace continual improvement principle
* Record or / and feedback problem which could affect production
* Record and report production result accurately
