1. Technicians
Job Description:
- Provide timely and effective response and resolution to all technical requests
- Conduct investigation, diagnostic and recommend resolution action plans
- Plan, design and modify changes required on the production machines in order to achieve high product quality, operation efficiency and safety
- Assist Supervisor in executing the production machine maintenance program
- Provide OJT or basic training to junior technicians or operators
Job Requirement:
- Possess Nitec/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiar with product defects, quality requirements, industrial safety code with requirements
- Strong electronics and electrical troubleshooting skills
2. Technical Operators
Job Description:
- To operate and maintain cigarette or filter making machines with excellent machine efficiency and minimum wastage
- To produce high quality products to satisfy customers’ needs
- To fulfil the requirement of production plan timely
- To verify that all materials specification are correct
- To perform basic quality check
