Position:-Consultant / Associate Consultant – Industrial Relations
Responsibilities :
* To provide advice, guidance and assistance to members on all aspects of employment-related matters including representing them at negotiations, conciliations, and in Labour and Industrial Courts.
* To conduct training courses on labour laws and industrial relations.
* To conduct research and prepare relevant position papers.
* To attend meetings and other activities or duties as may be assigned from time to time.
