1. Assistant Librarian – Reference And User Education

Responsibilities :
Responsible for the coordination of the reference operations, the essential job functions will include the following:
* Provide professional reference and subject advisory services to all users affiliated with the University.
* Prepare and update library information and instruction guides.
* Review courses offered and subject syllabi and make recommendations for purchase to support teaching and research needs.

2. Web Developer

Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will join the Business Application Support Team in designing, implementing and supporting the University’s Student Management System, Research Management System and any Web-based business process/workflow system. He/She needs to understand customer business requirements; develop and implement new features and services to enhance the Web & SharePoint services.

Requirements :
* A Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, I.T. or equivalent with at least 3 years related working experience.
* Good experience on Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Visual Studio, & PHP.

3. Purchaser

Responsibilities :
* Liaise with suppliers to negotiate for best prices, terms and conditions
* To initiate new procedures where needed and to ensure the current procedures & systems are adhered to at all times
* Plan and manage the overall tasks of material purchasing and ensure timely delivery of all materials to perform matching on purchase orders (P.O) delivery orders (D.O), invoices and statement of account with suppliers

4. Administrative Assistants

Responsibilities :

Vacancies for Administrative Assistant are now available across the University in various departments/faculties. Successful candidates will be expected to undertake a wide range of administrative functions which include data entry, processing, follow-ups, filing and other administrative duties. He/she will assist to ensure the effective and efficient run of the respective departments/faculties.
