M&E DRAFTER / M&E DESIGNER / M&E QUANTITY SURVEYOR
(Selangor - Taman Serdang Perdana, Seri Kembangan)
Responsibilities:
* To assist in producing design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings
* To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
* To assist in management of hardcopies and softcopies of designs/drawings
* To assist in preparation of drawings, including printing, folding, stamping, etc
* Ensure drafting work to meet target deadline
* Familiar with a wide-range of M&E equipment, their costing and usage.
* Do costing of M&E works and equipment for tendering purpose.
* Prepare a comprehensive BQ for M&E works and equipment.
* Take-off M&E quantities for large project tenders
* Liaise with suppliers and consultants to acquire pertinent information and details.
