ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING
- Responsible in managing and training of marketing team members
- Plan, organize and execute various educational marketing and promotional activities in accordance to the Company’s business direction and target
- Responsible for student recruitments, course enquiries and consultation
- Prepare analysis and proposals on new business activities
- Plan and provide sufficient information to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity
Requirements:-
- A degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in the relevant field and industry
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision to achieve sales targets / student recruitments
GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
- Oversee the company’s financial policies, and continuously improve and implement finance and operating controls to ensure efficiency in the business operations
- Responsible for the Group’s finance as well as HR and Admin
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimise the Group’s portfolio and risk/return
- Required to interact and communicate with the shareholders/investors of the business
Requirements:-
- A degree holder in Finance, Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in the relevant field and industry
- Preferably a MIA member
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
