POSITION: RESERVATION EXECUTIVE and RESERVATION COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation calls in a pleasant and courteous manner.
- Communicate via emails to guests on reservation inquires in a pleasant and courteous manner.
- To check the room availability according to the room categories and update into the systems accordingly.
- To follow up and feed back on special requests, occasions and facilities required or requested with guests with relevant departments.
- To update the guest arrival list.
- Other related tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia , English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience for Reservation Coordinator and 3 year(s) experience for Executive level in the related field.
- Applicants must be willing to relocate to Langkawi.
- Preferably Non-Executives/ Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
