ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ASSET MANAGEMENT
- Reporting to Manager of BD & AM, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for new investments and management contracts.
- Sourcing for suitable real estate investment opportunities.
- Sourcing for serviced apartment management contract opportunities.
- Negotiating for best terms and closing deals.
- Coordinating with relevant internal and external parties on matters relating to the deal (for new investments or management contracts) or project (for existing assets).
- Evaluating and structuring investment proposals, and conducting market reviews and feasibility studies.
- Coordinating projects to achieve cost effectiveness and timely completion.
- Prepare recommendation reports for proposed investments.
- Conduct market research, info collection, collation and analysis of property market performance and prepare market report.
- Develop and maintain financial and asset models for analyzing performance and prepare asset reports on the properties.
Requirements:
- A good Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the serviced residence and/or real estate industry, preferably with regional exposure
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is pre-requisites for this role.
- You must possess strong problem solving skills.
- You must be independent, resourceful, proactive, initiative and quality assurance.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Able to travel as and when required.

FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full sets of accounts
- Able to multi-task throughout daily routine
- Able to supervise AR, AP and GL functions and Audit schedules
- Independent, able to work with minimum supervision
Requirements:
- Candidates who are currently pursuing a professional accountancy qualification or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Conversant with Microsoft Excel
- Those with own transport an advantage
